Brief Description of Hydraulic Bolt Tensioner
Hydraulic Bolt Tensioner Cylinders are designed and manufactured to
include wear resistant coated pistons, maximum piston travel
indicators, replaceable threaded sleeves, dual quick connect
couplings for easy connection of multiple tensioners and user
friendly operation and maintenance procedures.

The HTT-2 Imperial Bolt Tensioner Series is designed for topside
operation in a variety of applications including pipe flanges, heat
exchangers, pressure vessels, compressor covers, boiler feed pumps,
anchor bolts, and more. The range includes 26 inch size options,
from ¾” to 4” thread sizes, and all models are suitable for working
pressures up to 1800 bar. Each model of hydraulic tensioning
cylinder in the tensioner range can be operated with a variety of
thread pullers and nut rotating sockets, ensuring that the largest
possible range of bolt sizes can be accommodated using the minimum
number of hydraulic cylinders. Thread pullers, bridges and nut
swivel sockets are available as separate components.
